Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post standard delivery. For priority deliveries, extra charges are applicable and you may need to contact us on

Shipping fees include handling fees as well as postage costs. For all orders over $200, standard postage and handling costs are free.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns - All our products are covered under a 30 day return guarantee

At LEDEMIT we want you to shop with complete confidence. In case the product turns out to be unsuitable to your requirements for whatever reasons, you have the option of returning your purchase with in a period of 30 days. Simply return the product(s) in original packing. Product must not be physically damaged or tampered with. Return postage will be paid by the customer.
Your purchase amount will be credited back to your nominated account upon receipt of materials in acceptable condition.
Please inform LEDEMIT as soon as you decide to return a purchased product. Just CLICK HERE and fill in the details. A team member will be in touch within 48 business hours of the information being submitted.

Terms & Conditions

  • Products to be returned must not have been installed and should be returned in their original packing and condition suitable for resale.
  • It is LEDEMIT's discretion to confirm that product(s) returned have not been installed and are returned in original condition ready for resale.
  • If the products are returned after having been installed or not in its original packaging, 25% restocking fee may apply in addition to the return postage charges.
  • If an item is damaged in transit, CLICK HERE and fill in the details. We shall respond as soon as reasonably possible.
  • If an item has malfunctioned during warranty period, LEDEMIT will ensure your warranty claims are handled quickly. In that event, please provide us details including invoice number of that purchase by CLICKING HERE. We shall respond as soon as reasonably possible.
  • LEDEMIT may at its own discretion repair, supply the same or similar product to you. All transit costs associated with this warranty will be covered by LEDEMIT.
  • LEDEMIT may request you to provide a certificate from an electrician to ensure the items have been installed correctly. If that is not the case, LEDEMIT may refuse warranty claims.
  • Products found tampered with or physically damaged will loose warranty cover. In that case, LEDEMIT may refuse warranty claims.
